FT Area Lead Graphic Designer

Mid-Plains Community College is now accepting applications for the position of FT Lead Graphic Designer. Principle designer for community college associated print materials. Serve as lead in print work/planning sessions. Serve on team to conceptualize marketing and other promotional strategies. Responsibilities consists of the helping to develop ideas and support for materials and productions that will capture the attention of specific target groups. Other duties as assigned.

About us

Mid-Plains Community College, a legislatively designated 18-county district in West- Central Nebraska, is a comprehensive, open access, public, two-year community college system that offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. MPCC consists of three main campuses, one located in McCook, Nebraska and two located in North Platte, Nebraska.  Additionally, there are community campus sites in Broken Bow, Imperial, Ogallala and Valentine with satellite classrooms located throughout the Area.  North Platte Community College is located in North Platte, Nebraska, a city of approximately 24,000 in rural southwestern Nebraska along the I-80 corridor.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in graphic design or a related discipline is preferred. Community college graphic advertising experience a plus, as well as previous customer service or relevant experience. Interpersonal skills and a valid driver's license is required, as there may be travel involved with the position and college fleet vehicle availability.
