Mid-Plains Community College is dedicated to recognizing those employees who, through their actions, have made Mid-Plains Community College more successful and a better place of employment
|
Five annual awards have been created for this purpose:
1. Fiscally Responsible Award. This award will be given to an employee that has, through single or multiple actions, saved MPCC significant amounts of money that otherwise would have been spent. Through this employee's actions, MPCC operates more efficiently and effective than it has in the past.
2. Innovative Ideas Award. This award will be given to an employee that develops a truly new and original idea(s) that will advance MPCC in a modern way.
3. Special Project Award. This award will be given to an employee that has completed a substantial project that is outside the scope of their regular duties.
4. Community Service Award. This award will be given to an employee that has promoted MPCC to our community through their involvement in a civic organization, service club, or similar group(s).
5. Above and Beyond Award. This award will be given to an employee that has performed some significant act, or actions, that are well in excess of what is expected of them. This person regularly demonstrates superior competencies and work ethic. |
