MCC welcomes first-time students for orientation

More than 150 first-time students were at McCook Community College Friday for new student orientation.

In addition to taking small group tours of the facilities students learned some procedures for the year, including registering or changing class schedules and placement testing. Several activities were aimed at getting to know fellow students, faculty and staff as well.

Returning students checked into Brooks Hall Saturday with the first full day of classes Monday.
