Numerous McCook Community College alumni and friends toured the campus for the college's 90th anniversary celebration Sept. 3. All buildings were open including: The Peter and Dolores Graff Events Center, Brooks Hall, True Hall, Walsh-Brady Hall, McMillen Hall, Walsh-Brady Hall, Barnett Hall and the Wrightstone Fine Arts Building and Tipton Hall.
athletes and former student athletes gathered at the legendary Blue Goose recently to exchange experiences about now vs. then. Don Kussmaul, (kneeling) Arvada, Colo., MCC
class of 1979. Kussmaul persuaded his high school buddy Mike Keller (MCC, ’80)
to come to MCC a year later. Both of them said they wouldn’t have traded their
“small-town college experience” for anything. They and other enjoyed reminiscing
about what being a student athlete was like for them and talked to current

The anniversary activities culminated with an Alumni and Friends banquet in the remodeled student union.
