Grant gallery to host work of NPCC student

The work of North Platte Community College art student Amanda Osler will be on display this weekend in Grant. 

The "Discovered Creations" show will be open to the public from 6-8 p.m. (MDT) Friday and Saturday at the Meadowlark Gallery, 246 Central Ave. Admission is free. 

A variety of pieces will be on display, including both two and three – dimensional designs, charcoal and ink drawings and paintings. 

Osler is pursuing an Associate of Fine Arts degree at NPCC. The show is part of her graduation requirements. 

Heather Johnson
Area Communications Specialist

Heather produces and distributes press releases for the college. She began work at MPCC in 2014. Prior to that, she spent five years as the news director/web manager for Eagle Radio in North Platte. From 2009-2014 she worked as a reporter/photographer for The North Platte Telegraph. Heather has a bachelor's degree in journalism from Chadron State College.
