Dennis Snow speaks to an audience in the North Platte Community College McDonald-Belton Theater on Wednesday morning.
Snow is a motivational speaker, trainer, author and consultant who helps organizations achieve goals related to customer service, employee development and leadership. His experience is the result of 20 years of employment with the Walt Disney World Company.
At NPCC, Snow outlined what he believes are the four major principles to customer service. More than 180 people from North Platte, Maxwell and Ogallala attended his presentation.
