Eighteen adjunct instructors have been recognized for their dedication and service to Mid-Plains Community College.

The instructors are:

Five-plus years: Ron Daly, Marilyn McGahan, Nicole Miller, Stan Mumm, Rodney Ready, Marcie Shuman, Daniel Stokey, Jamie Taylor, April Thraen, Sasha Welch, Lance Wurst

10-plus years: Michelle Gonzales, Scott Lambley, Leah Purdy, Gloria Robinson, Carol Sandau, Rosa Zimmerman

15-plus years: Mike Garner

"The college appreciates the work of our adjunct faculty," said Dr. Jody Tomanek, area vice-president of academic affairs and North Platte Community College. "They give up their time after work or during the day to help us educate students. We couldn't offer some of the classes we do without them. Being able to recognize their years of service is a small token of our appreciation."
