Nursing students at North Platte Community College will host a bake sale Tuesday on both of NPCC's campuses.

The event will be a fundraiser for members of the college's chapter of the Nebraska State Student Nurses Association.

Proceeds will help the students travel to the National Student Nurses' Association 66th Annual Convention in Nashville in April.

The sale is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the fireplace area of the McDonald-Belton Building and the stairwell of the Health and Science Center on NPCC's South Campus. Items will also be sold in the student lounge of the W.W. Wood Building on NPCC's North Campus.

Muffins, cookies, breakfast burritos, soup and sandwiches will be among the many baked goods available for purchase.
