How to Obtain MPCC Transcripts

Official Transcripts:

To request an official transcript, please submit your request via Parchment.com, MPCC's secure transcript provider.

The first time you visit this site, you will be required to create an identity using the "New Learner Account" link on the homepage. Please be sure to use your personal e-mail address (not your MPCC e-mail) as the status of your request will be sent there.

If you have already created a Parchment identity (while attending high school in Nebraska or during a previous visit to this site), simply choose "Existing User Account" and enter your email/username and password. If you do not remember your Parchment password, use the "Forgot your password?" link to retrieve it.

The cost of MPCC transcripts depends upon the mode of delivery. Electronic delivery to participating institutions is $4.00 per copy; paper delivery is $6.50 per copy. Payment is made with credit or debit card as part of the transcript request process.

Unofficial Transcripts:

To obtain your unofficial transcript, log into your MPCC network account. In CampusWeb, select the "Student" tab, select the "Grades and Transcripts" option, and then “View Unofficial Transcript” to view a list of the courses that you have completed at MPCC and those that have been accepted as transfer credit.

Student transcripts and records are maintained in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), which means that any release of non-directory student information to anyone but the student must be authorized, in writing, by the student.
