Furrow earns You Rock Award from MPCC

Mid-Plains Community College employee Susan Furrow has been honored with a You Rock Award for going above and beyond to provide exemplary internal customer service.

Furrow is a Learning Commons assistant in North Platte. She was nominated for the recognition by Bobbi Muehlenkamp, Learning Commons director.

“Susan provides exemplary customer service every day in the Learning Commons,” said Muehlenkamp. “She is a bright spot in the day of anyone who steps into the Learning Commons. She works diligently to provide a welcoming, comfortable environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors.”

Furrow was recognized with a plaque and certificate Thursday for her efforts.
