How to Obtain Official Transcripts and Replacement Diplomas

Mid-Plains Community College processes official transcript requests and replacement diplomas through Parchment.com, a secure electronic document processing service.

The first time you visit this site, you will be required to create an identity using your personal e-mail address (not your MPCC e-mail) as the status of your request will be sent there. Once you’ve registered your account, you can easily access the Parchment system again by using the email and password you provided to request future transcripts or replacement diplomas.

If you have already created a Parchment identity (while attending high school in Nebraska or during a previous visit to this site), simply enter your email/username and password. If you do not remember your Parchment password, use the "Forgot your password?" link to retrieve it.

Currently the cost of transcripts depends upon the mode of delivery with electronic costing $4.00 and paper $6.50. The charge for a replacement diploma is $15.00. Payment is made with credit or debit card.

Transcript requests are processed during normal business hours with the exception of holidays - Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas through New Year’s Day. Replacement diplomas are issued upon request, and processing time takes 10-15 days.

If you experience any difficulty submitting your online request, you may chat with Parchment support at parchment.com/chat-support, or contact Registration & Records through any of the means listed at the bottom of this page.

Unofficial Transcripts:

To obtain your unofficial transcript, log into your MPCC network account. In CampusWeb, go to the "Student" tab, select the "Grades and Transcripts" option, and then “View Unofficial Transcript” to view a list of the courses that you have completed at MPCC, as well as those that have been accepted as transfer credit.

Student transcripts and records are maintained in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), which means that any release of non-directory student information to anyone but the student must be authorized, in writing, by the student.
