MCC International Club takes trip to Denver

McCook Community College’s International Club recently went to Denver to attend a professional basketball game and shop.

Those attending included Brandon Kabuya Mpoyi, Sacha Boizette, Ridley Shema, Zeki Cavli, Bryan Akanmu, Thabo Manyere, Gemma Gruettner, Madara Liepniece, Hanne Alvarez Verdaguer, Noa Iglesias Chorda, Carlota Aliaga Alonso, Natalie Harmata, Ebba Zalamans, and Suzan Sisman, club president who helped coordinate the trip.

Co-sponsors on the trip were Julie Bogardus and Dr. Cassandra Pfeifer.

In addition to attending the game between the Denver Nuggets and Atlanta Hawks the group also spent some time shopping downtown and at the Park Meadows Mall.
