NPCC Learning Commons provides support/stress relief to students

Jenny Singer, student at North Platte Community College, visits with Donna Menke, area advising director, Wednesday in NPCC's Learning Commons. The Learning Commons is hosting a Spring to the Finish event this week to provide extra support to students as they prepare for finals. 

Reading, writing and study skill workshops are available as is information from the Advising, Career Services and Tutoring departments. A series of stress relievers are also being provided to students including visits with Shenzi, the college's therapy dog, frisbee golf and other yard games hosted by the Student Life department.
