The panel was made up of local business leaders, and the focus of their presentation was professionalism in the workplace. The audience consisted of students in the Personal and Professional Development class.

“Talking about professionalism in the workplace is important because it sets the standards for behavior, performance and customer service that enable individuals and businesses to thrive,” said Amy Sabatka, MPCC career placement coordinator. “Those expectations help create an environment of respect, accountability and excellence. Conversations about workplace expectations prepare our students for success as they transition into their professional careers.”
