NPCC STEM Club members assist with Star Party

North Platte Community College STEM Club members help star gazers use small telescopes to look at Saturn.
The activity was part of a Star Party Sept. 16 at the Cozad High School football field organized by the Platte Valley Astronomical Observers and Wilson Public Library. More than 50 people attended the event this year.

Donations to the North Platte Community College Foundation on Giving Day will be put toward a new building for the college’s Electrical Technology program.
