Graduates honored at MCC commencement ceremony

McCook Community College graduates were recognized Friday during a commencement ceremony at the Peter and Dolores Graff Events Center.

Renelle Mooney, an MCC business instructor, received the Gene Budig Outstanding Faculty Award.

Norma and Jack Stevens, of McCook, received the President’s Award for outstanding service to the college.

The MCC Student Commencement Speaker was Cassidy Fife who, among other things, urged her fellow graduates to “be where your feet are” or “live in the moment.”
