MCC students, staff lend support to McCook’s ‘Walk In My Shoes” event

Numerous McCook Community College students and staff lent their support Saturday to McCook’s annual “Walk In My Shoes” event at Norris Park.

The event helps celebrate and raise awareness for students with disabilities. Members of the MCC softball, baseball and volleyball teams helped chalk the park Friday in advance of the event as well as providing silent auction items and walking in the Saturday event.
