Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree is required. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with a strong background in Word and Excel. They must also possess positive and highly effective verbal, written, and customer service skills; they must be detail-oriented and can prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities in a fast-paced environment to meet critical deadlines and respond to students' needs. Must work well independently, within teams, and maintain high confidentiality. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful but not required.

Position: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the oversight of accounts receivable-student accounts, daily receipting and depositing of payments, collection account processing, student payment plans, managing outside scholarships, year-end 1098T processing, and any other business office function. The position also oversees daily banking deposits, positive pay management, and assists with bank reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and general business knowledge, be experienced in 10-key, computers, and technology, have strong written and oral communication skills, be highly accurate when processing large volumes of data, work effectively with people, and manage workflow independently.

Position: North Platte Community College is now accepting applications for a full-time custodian. Hours vary and subject to change. Responsible for daily cleaning of buildings, securing buildings and some light maintenance. The North Platte Physical Resources Department manages facilities operations with our subdepartments maintenance and custodial. We are a staff of approximately 20 team members that work with multiple suppliers, and contractors to support the physical operations at NPCC. Daily activities in our department include facilitating building repairs, groundskeeping, vehicle maintenance, fleet management, implementing facilities improvements, and receiving shipments to name a few. Must have: Ability to follow directions, be dependable, good communication skills and have a good work ethic. HS diploma/GED preferred.

Custodial experience is preferred but will train. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.

Master’s degree in chemistry or a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in chemistry. Position: The primary responsibility of this position will be to maintain plumbing systems, but other skills, such as carpentry or equipment repair, are of high value. This requires both hands-on work and the ability to help manage a small network of contractors and suppliers. Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum four years documented work experience in plumbing. Basic computer knowledge, good communications skills, and a valid driver's license are required. Pipe fitters and journeyman plumbing license preferred. Experience in both residential and commercial preferred. Other trade experiences and versatility are of significant value. The candidate should be able and willing to learn additional skills on the job and be cross-functional. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.

Part-Time

Position: The assistant coach reports directly to the head coach, assists with team practices, game day event coordination and management, student-athlete recruitment duties as assigned in accordance with contractual agreements.  Provide adequate feedback and evaluation to student athletes as to potential, progress and performance. Assists with field or court preparations and ensures facilities are set up ready for competition. Should attend clinics and workshops to enhance personal growth and belong to national and state coaching associations. Position could be paired with residence life assistant postion with room/board provided.

Position: Mid-Plains Community College is looking for motivated, energetic, responsible, and team-oriented individuals for multiple Residence Life Assistant positions. Responsibilities for this 20-hour-a-week position include: on-call responsibilities, administrative assignments, program management, and staffing the residence hall front desk during the day and overnight. This position is for 34 weeks and includes an hourly wage plus room and board. The position requires the candidate to live in campus-provided housing. Position: McCook Community College is looking for a part-time Athletic Department Specialist to work 20 hours per week (Aug-May). This position works with the MCC Athletic Director and athletic staff to ensure a positive and safe environment for all student-athletes. This role has heavy involvement in game and event management, staffing, and preparation, as well as some administrative duties and oversight of the MCC Events Center, score table, and weight room. Inventory, purchasing, and overseeing concessions, as well as office coverage and clerical support are also required.

The course will be offered online, therefore the instructor is not bound by campus. Class begins August 2025.

Position: This individual will work directly with students and with hospitals and EMS agencies across the United States to coordinate clinical education of paramedic students. Responsibilities include contract management, communication with clinical training sites, medical and EMS professionals, and State EMS Officials, site assignment, and oversight and documentation of the evaluation and progression of student performance. This position ideally located at the McCook campus, however, location is flexible.

Position: McCook Community College is seeking a part-time teacher to work with local high school students for career exploration in the area Welding Technology. This position is approximately six hours per week, M – TH 2:30 – 4:00 p.m. and will follow a traditional high school calendar.
