North Platte Community College - South Campus

Each duplex is designed to accommodate four students and includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. All duplexes come with a furnished living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom.

Bedrooms are furnished with two single beds, dressers, desks, chairs, and individual closets. Kitchens have all the modern conveniences of home, such as refrigerator, sink, stove, table and chairs.

Students need to bring their own linens, pillows, comforter, blankets, bath towels, clothes hangers, wastebasket, alarm clock, television, dishes, pots, pans, personal toiletries, and any other amenities they wish to have.

No nails are allowed in walls. Fun-tac can be used to hang pictures or posters.

Students living in housing have access to a laundry facility and a student activites center located within the residential complex.
