MPCC Campus Card

The only card you need to carry on campus!

The Mid-Plains Campus Card is the identification card for all Mid-Plains Community College students and employees, including the McCook, North Platte, Broken Bow, Imperial, Ogallala and Valentine campuses.

Use your Mid-Plains Campus Card for:

  • Door Access and Security
  • Check-In and Check-Out From Housing Assignments
  • Resource Check-Out at Learning Commons
  • Make Cashless Purchases on Campus
  • Printer Access
  • Concessions at Events
  • Scan at College Events for Bonus Cash
  • Discounts at Some Community Businesses
  • Check In for Study Hall
  • Check in At Events and Meetings
  • Access to Fitness Centers

Be sure to carry your card at all times when on campus!



If you select to pick up your card at your campus, please allow 1 business day for processing time before pick up.

If you select to have your card mailed to you, please allow 1 week for processing and mailing time. Students intending to live on-campus should not select this option.

Photo Guidelines

Submit a recent color photo with a plain, neutral background. Taking a photo with most smart phones/devices works well.

Submit Photo With App

  • Download Transact eAccounts from App Store or Google Play
  • Search Mid-Plains Community College
  • Select Azure AD
  • Login with your MPCC email and password
  • Click the gear in the top right
  • Second from the bottom, select Submit ID Photo
  • Agree to the terms
  • Click the cloud to upload your photo
  • Select photo that meets our guidelines and submit

Submit Photo Through Website

  • Click here to access your eAccount
  • Click Sign In
  • If prompted, enter your campus email and password and click Next
  • Click Profile on the upper blue banner
  • Within the section, Personal Information near the top is a link to Submit A New Photo
  • Agree to the terms
  • Click the cloud to upload your photo
  • Select photo that meets our guidelines and submit

Please keep an eye on your junk mail for approval of your photos.

Scanning is free for all users on campus.

Student Printing Information

Mid-Plains Community College will preload value to every student's card with Print Credit which will reset each semester.

Part-time/Full-time Students
| $25/semester
Nursing Students | $37/semester

*Allow one business day after receiving your campus card for funds to be available for use.

Students can add additional funds (which do not reset/expire) to their Mid-Plains Campus Cash account.

Employee Personal Printing Information

Employees wanting to use college printers and copiers for personal print or copy needs have the option to pay directly by using Campus Cash.

  • Use eAccounts to add funds to your Campus Cash account by following the directions under Managing Your Campus Card Account and View Balances
  • When selecting a cost center, choose the personal print option
  • The deduction in your Campus Cash account will be listed as Papercut
  • An insufficient Campus Cash balance will stop the print from releasing
  • Rates for personal printing are:
  • .05/page for black and white copies
  • .20/page for color copies

Campus Cash allows you to use your Campus Card to make cashless purchases while on campus safely and conveniently.

  • No fees to add money or use your account
  • Balances carry over each semester and year
  • Purchases from your Campus Cash are sales-tax exempt at the dining halls and concessions
  • Secure and easy way to deposit funds into student and employee accounts
  • Funds are available immediately
  • All transactions are confirmed by email receipt

Use eAccounts to:

  • View account balances
  • Review transactions
  • Add money to Campus Cash account
  • Monitor board plan usage
  • Freeze lost and reactivate found Campus Cards
  • Submit a photo for their Campus Card
  • Update their profile information

Adding Money to eAccounts

The first time students add money to their Campus Cash account, they will need to use a browser-based option. After the first time, they can then use the app to add additional money.

Friends and family can contribute to their student's account through the Make a Guest Deposit link on the eAccounts website, using the student's MPCC email.

Downloading the eAccounts App

  • Download Transact eAccounts from App Store or Google Play
  • Search Mid-Plains Community College and select
  • Select Azure AD
  • Login with your MPCC email and password

The MPCC Mobile Order app gives you the ability to order meals directly from the app and pay with Campus Cash, your meal plan, dining dollars (for students living on campus), or a debit/credit card of your choice.

Purchases made with debit/credit card or cash will be charged sales tax, all other options will not be charged sales tax.

Notifications on the progress of your order will be sent through the app, once you have completed the ordering process.

  • Create your account
  • Search and select "Mid-Plains Community College" from the list of schools. Apple users have the ability to switch to our app logo, once they have chosen MPCC.
  • You are ready to order!

Tips for Ordering

  • You can choose to pick up ASAP or at a later time
  • Dining hall hours are listed on the Fresh Ideas website link on the home page of the app
  • Save your payment method before your first order
  • Set your first choice payment method, such as meal plans
  • Add a debit/credit card as backup in case you run low on Campus Cash
  • Allow notifications for the app to receive updates on the status of your order
