Local youth experience various forms of art at NPCC

Declan Burrows and Thomas Heirigs, both of North Platte, learn about animation Tuesday morning at the North Platte Community College South Campus.

NPCC is partnering with the Calibraska Arts Initiative to offer animation, film, acting and creative writing classes taught by L.A.- based instructors. Classes will continue through next week.
