NPCC Foundation Scholarship Reception puts donors/recipients face-to-face

Guests visit during the North Platte Community College Foundation Scholarship Reception Oct. 17 at NPCC. The event provided an opportunity to recognize donors and put them face-to-face with their scholarship recipients.
