NPCC music department hosts Rockin’ the Choir

North Platte Community College students and employees sing alongside community members during Rockin’ the Choir Saturday night at NPCC.

Everyone learned two songs, Billy Joel’s “We Didn’t Start the Fire” and “I Want It That Way” by the Backstreet Boys, which they then performed in an open to the public concert. The singers were accompanied by Kearney-based band Blue Plate Special.
