PTK seeking volunteers for Trash-A-Thon
Members of Alpha Beta Theta, North Platte Community College’s chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, are planning a Trash-A-Thon litter pickup to help beautify the community.
The event is open to the public and volunteers are needed. The pickup will begin at 10 a.m. March 23.
Volunteers are asked to gather in the fireplace area of the McDonald-Belton Building on the NPCC South Campus, 601 W. State Farm Rd. Trash bags, gloves, vests, tools and water will be provided.

NPCC Electrical Technology program to benefit from North Platte Giving Day
Donations to the North Platte Community College Foundation on Giving Day will be put toward a new building for the college’s Electrical Technology program.
